Our world is rapidly shrinking and we seem to be faced with two opposing paradigms. As businesses look more and more to the Inter- net we realize that our concept of the world is increasingly global. The information highway is already grid-locked with more thoughts, opinions and theories than we can begin to digest. Yet in many ways our main interests are still very much centred in our own geographic area, province and country.

Our corner of the world is so important! Our local businesses, organizations and events are the life blood of our communities.
